Do you Travel?
I absolutely do! The very best reason to take your photographer with you is so you don't have to trust a total stranger to photograph the most important day of your life!
How long have you been doing this?
I had the audacity to believe I could graduate high school and start a photography business without any experience. So, 22+ years! I photographed my first wedding in 2002.
How many photos do we get?
That depends on the package or session you book. If I upload more than the minimum the package says, then you get to keep them all. I never make anyone choose!
How do we get our photos?
I deliver my images via an online gallery where you can easily download all of your high resolution images.
Do you retouch photos?
I do retouch photos! It may cost a little extra, but I can make you look 10 lbs smaller and magazine ready in no time! LOL
Whats your turn around time?
Editing time is 8 - 10 weeks for full gallery delivery. I go through every photo meticulously to make sure it's perfect. I also try to get you a small sneak peek within a week after your wedding!
How do we book you?
First submit a contact form. I'll respond within 24 hours and we can set up a consultation either in-person or via phone. I always like to get to know potential clients before I decide to shoot their wedding. It's very important that we vibe well together!
Can you help us with planning?
I absolutely can! I have over 20 years of wedding experience and great relationships with the area's best wedding vendors. I also always help my couples create their day-of timelines.
How far out do you book?
I book 18 months out as long as you have secured your venue.
What should we do for an engagement session?
Engagements are so much fun and I always recommend tailoring your engagement shoot to bring out your personalities as a couple.
What should we wear?
Neutrals, earth tones, jewel tones, pastels...typically any colors like that. Stay away from crazy bold prints and colors unless that is your thing. Accessorize and dress to feel confident and beautiful. I can help give direction and advice!
How many weddings to you shoot a year?
I typically shoot around 40 weddings a year. I try not to book more than 4-5 a month and I never double book on the same day.
